CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING your appointment within 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $35.

Opulence Spray Tan Club accepts cash and credit cards as forms of payment for products and services. I understand that I may be required to sign a sales receipt to approve and accept products and services provided and charged for.
